Quotation and confirmation

1. Inquiry: Customers discuss product requirements with our sales consultants to confirm product specifications and ordering details.
2. Quotation: We will send a quotation by email, which will have detailed product specifications, quantity, customization terms and related precautions.
3. Confirm the order: Please email or fax the signed Order Form to us, and we will process your order as soon as possible.
4. Receive the deposit: Customers can pay the deposit by transfer, bank deposit or check. After receiving the deposit, we will arrange the production process.

Design and production

1. Design: Our design team will produce the finished product renderings according to the customer’s design requirements for the customer to discuss and modify.
2. After the renderings are confirmed, we will arrange product proofing, and the samples will be sent to the customer by SF Express.
3. After the customer receives the sample and confirms that it is correct, we will start mass production.
4. After production is completed, the company’s QC department will conduct pre-shipment inspection and quality confirmation.

Logistics and Distribution

After production is completed, the sales consultant will confirm the delivery arrangement with the customer, and the customer must pay the balance before delivery.

After receiving the balance, we will arrange for SF Express or logistics company to deliver the goods to the designated destination within the specified time.

After receiving the goods, please check and accept them as soon as possible. I believe that customers will be satisfied with our product quality and service.

Process Description

1. What is “converted curve”?

Before delivering the film output or inkjet printing, all the art text in the design manuscript must be converted into line drawings connected by dots.

2. What will happen if the curve is not converted?

If the printer does not have the corresponding font, the system will prompt that the font is missing when the design document is opened, and it will be replaced with a default font of the designer. In this way, your design will lose its original style and may even be very different from the original.

3. How to determine whether the text has been converted to a curve?

(1) Use AI or CorelDraw to open the design document, select the text, and see if many dots appear. As shown below.

(2) Select one of the characters (select “M” in the figure below), use the pen tool to pull one point of the character, and the text will change, that is, it has been converted into a curve.

4. Three steps to easily convert to curves
Step (1) Open CorelDraw or AI and create a new document
Step (2) Enter text and select the font you want (Arial / Courier New / Young Round…)
Step (3) Select all text and convert it to curves (as shown in the figure below)

Notes:
1. Do not use paragraph text layout, which cannot be converted into curves
2. Avoid using the “Layer” setting to complete the manuscript to avoid missing objects or page overlap.
3. If using the CorelDRAW9 version, do not use the operating system’s “Xi Mingti”, “Xin Xi Mingti”, “Biao Kaiti” and other fonts. Once these fonts are converted into curves, the intersection of the font strokes will be hollowed out, resulting in “hole characters”, see the figure below.
